Terms of Service
The terms for using Ilajindia’s medical-travel coordination website and services.
Legal review required1. Legal review notice
These terms are an operational draft marked LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. Qualified legal counsel should review them for applicable jurisdictions before final reliance. They do not claim compliance, registration or certification under any named legal or quality framework. If a mandatory law conflicts with these terms, that law controls to the extent required.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry or asking Ilajindia to coordinate a service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a patient, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, do not submit information or request coordination.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter this arrangement. A parent, guardian or authorised representative must act for a child or person who cannot consent independently. You are responsible for obtaining permission before sharing another person’s contact, medical, identity or travel information.
4. Ilajindia’s service scope
Ilajindia may organise reports, coordinate communication with selected hospitals, relay preliminary responses, and assist with practical travel, arrival, accommodation, interpretation or follow-up arrangements. Availability depends on the case, location and provider. A request is not accepted until we confirm the particular service in writing.
5. Not a healthcare provider
Ilajindia is not a hospital, clinic, doctor or emergency service. We do not diagnose, prescribe, decide admission, select a procedure, supervise treatment or replace an in-person consultation. Clinical statements originate from the relevant hospital or clinician, who remains independently responsible for professional decisions and patient care.
6. Hospital relationship
Hospitals and clinicians are independent parties, not employees or agents of Ilajindia. A hospital decides whether to review a case, accept a patient and offer treatment. Its own consent forms, admission rules, privacy terms, cancellation provisions and clinical policies apply directly between you and that hospital.
7. Information you provide
Provide complete, current and accurate information and readable reports. Tell the treating hospital about allergies, medicines, existing conditions and material changes. Ilajindia may organise what you submit but does not independently verify every record, translation, identity, diagnosis or statement. Missing information can affect estimates and care.
8. Preliminary opinions
Any opinion based only on records is preliminary and may change after physical examination, testing or specialist review. It is not a confirmed diagnosis or promise that a procedure is appropriate. Seek advice from qualified clinicians and ask the selected hospital to explain material risks, alternatives and expected recovery.
9. Estimates and quotations
Hospital estimates are indicative unless the hospital expressly states otherwise. Costs may change because of examination findings, complications, additional procedures, medicines, implants, intensive care, length of stay, exchange rates or taxes. Ask the hospital what is included, excluded, refundable and payable before admission.
10. Payments
Pay hospital treatment charges directly to the selected hospital using payment details independently confirmed with it. Ilajindia does not ask you to route hospital treatment money through an unknown personal account. Separate coordination or third-party travel charges, if applicable, must be disclosed and agreed before payment. Keep receipts.
11. Cancellations and refunds
Hospital deposits, cancellations and refunds are governed by the hospital’s written terms. Airlines, hotels, transporters and other providers apply their own rules. Ilajindia can help relay a request but cannot require an independent provider to refund money. Non-refundable commitments should be checked before booking.
12. Travel documents and readiness
You are responsible for valid passports, permissions, insurance, vaccinations where required, tickets and compliance with entry, exit and health rules. Confirm with your doctor that you are fit to travel. Do not make non-refundable bookings until hospital arrangements and necessary documents are sufficiently confirmed.
13. Visa support
We may coordinate an invitation or supporting letter that a hospital makes available. This is administrative support, not immigration advice or sponsorship. Embassies, consulates and immigration authorities alone decide whether, when and on what conditions a visa is issued. Ilajindia cannot guarantee approval or processing time.
14. Travel and third-party services
Transport, accommodation, interpretation and similar services may be delivered by independent providers. Schedules, quality and availability can change because of traffic, weather, public restrictions or provider action. Review the provider’s terms and raise concerns promptly. Ilajindia coordinates but does not control every third-party act.
15. Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or malicious files, probe security, disrupt the website, scrape protected information, send spam or use the service for fraud. We may block access, preserve evidence or report suspected unlawful activity where reasonably necessary to protect patients, staff and systems.
16. Accounts and communications
Keep account credentials and case references confidential and notify us of suspected misuse. You agree that service communications may be sent through the contact channels you choose. Internet, email and messaging delivery cannot be guaranteed. Verify urgent or payment-related instructions through a known official channel before acting.
17. Privacy and reports
Our Privacy Policy explains how submitted information is handled. Medical reports are shared with selected hospitals for requested review only and are kept in private, access-controlled storage within our systems. Do not send unnecessary documents. A receiving hospital applies its own privacy and record-retention duties.
18. Website content
Website content is general information and may not reflect your condition or the latest clinical guidance. Provider profiles, treatment descriptions and indicative information can change. We aim for clarity but do not warrant that every page is complete, current or error-free. Confirm material details directly before making decisions.
19. No guarantees
Ilajindia does not guarantee hospital acceptance, appointment timing, visa approval, treatment availability, final cost, clinical success, recovery time or any particular outcome. Medicine involves uncertainty and each patient differs. Testimonials or past experiences are not promises that another patient will receive the same service or result.
20. Responsibility and liability
Each independent hospital or provider is responsible for its own acts, omissions, services and charges. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ilajindia is responsible only for its direct coordination obligations and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
21. Suspension, changes and ending services
We may pause or end coordination for safety concerns, abuse, non-cooperation, legal restrictions, provider unavailability or materially inaccurate information. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to commitments already made with hospitals or providers. We may update these terms prospectively and display the revised date.
22. Questions and disputes
Contact support first with your case number and a clear description of the concern so we can try to resolve it. The governing-law, venue and formal-notice provisions require confirmation by legal counsel before publication and must not be inferred from this draft. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
